The Basic Belle

The Basic Belle package is designed for Wedding Receptions, Milestone Celebrations, Corporate Events, and other Social Gatherings. Typically, our Basic Belle clients get ready offsite and don’t need a ton of time to set up due to exceptional planning skills and awesome vendors!

  • The Basic Belle package includes the following:

    ACCESS
    • Access to the venue starting at Noon until Midnight (12 hours)

    SPACES
    • Indoor Great Room
    • 23’ x 18’ Stage
    • Bespoke Bar with (6) matte black barstools
    • Prep Kitchen for Catering (includes use of freezers, commercial refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, ice chests, and rolling carts)
    • Ability to utilize your choice of caterer and/or bartending service with no percentage markup fees
    • Courtyard with Elegant String Lights
    • Outdoor Shipping Container Bar
    • Electrical Hookups for Food Truck(s)

    PRODUCTION
    • Indoor Sound System for your Spotify playlist or your hired DJ

    RENTALS
    • 60” Round Tables for up to 250 guests
    • White Folding Chairs for up to 250 guests
    • (3) 8’ Serving Tables
    • 47” Round Black Fluted Wood Cake Table
    • Entry Table for sign-in & gifts

    SERVICES
    • Venue and rentals set up to your desired layout
    • Parking Attendants
    • Onsite Venue Manager (this is not a planner)
    • Post-event cleanup (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, etc.)
    • Only one event will be hosted at a time

    The Basic Belle 2025 Pricing | $7,900

    The Basic Belle 2026 Pricing | $8,900

    Price Adjustment Notes:
    • If not serving alcohol, you may deduct $500 from the price above.
    • If your event takes place on a Monday-Thursday, you may deduct $1,500 from the price above.

    Additional Fees:
    • Security is required for any events serving alcohol as well as any events with over 100 guests.
    • The fee for this service is $300 per 100 guests, if alcohol is being served; if there is no alcohol being served, the flat fee is $300.

    Suggested Add-Ons:
    • $900 | Upgrade from indoor sound system to sound for band, includes Sound Engineer
    • $200 | Linen Concierge Service (client orders & pays for linens with desired vendor; TSB will pick up, place, and return them for you after your event)
    • Day-of Coordination Services - includes timeline creation and vendor management; inquire for pricing

Belle of the Ball

The Belle of the Ball package was thoughtfully created for the couple planning to host their wedding and reception at The Steel Belle. Includes time to get ready at the venue and plenty of setup time for your vendors.

  • The Belle of the Ball package includes the following:

    ACCESS
    • Access to the venue starting at 10am until Midnight (14 hours)
    • Access to venue and grounds for photos, by appointment

    SPACES
    • Indoor Great Room
    • 23’ x 18’ Stage
    • Bespoke Bar with (6) matte black barstools
    • Prep Kitchen for Catering (includes use of freezers, commercial refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, ice chests, and rolling carts)
    • Ability to utilize your choice of caterer and/or bartending service with no percentage markup fees

Belles & Whistles

The Belles & Whistles package was carefully curated for the couple planning to host their wedding and reception at The Steel Belle and seeking a more all-inclusive option. Includes day-of coordination services, plenty of time to relax and get ready at the venue, significant setup time for your vendor team, and additional rentals to take the vibes up a notch!

    • $1,800 | Weekend Buyout – increased access to the venue throughout the entire weekend (setup from 1 to 8pm the day before your event; clean up and load out from noon to 4pm the day after)
